Honey is harder to portion by eye than a scored bar, so measure it: a level teaspoon is one serving. Start there, wait a full 60 minutes before deciding on more, and stay somewhere comfortable with someone you trust.
Do not add it to boiling water. Let tea stand for a minute or two first.
